Summer Adventure

My summer adventure for 2008 is ..... Archery.

Today was my first class, in a 5 week series. I really like it. It was so much fun. I learned so much. I am looking forward to our next class.

We started off by just learning the proper stance, and position. There was a lot of things to learn, but I think I remembered everything he told me.

We actually got to shoot our first class, and I hit the bale each time. Not always the target. But at least I stayed on the bale. I did hit the target a few times. The only time that I did something wrong, is when the arrow bounced off of something, and came back to about 2 feet in front of me.

Overall, it was a great time. I enjoyed the class, and got over my nervousness pretty quickly. I am so glad that I have the opportunity.
